Private Pet Cremation (Up to 249 lbs): $195.00

Pet Pickup Service (within 30-mile radius): $45.00

Cremated remains may be picked up at our Clarksville location or mailed to you for an additional fee.

Payment is due at the time arrangements are made.

Payment

Payment in full is due prior to completing cremation rites. We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa/Master Card, Discover, or American Express). We charge 3% fee for credit card payment. We accept insurance assignments for payment with a $200 processing fee.

Important Notes

• Stateline Cremations DOES NOT offer memorial services. We will provide a private viewing for an additional charge. We provide a cardboard temporary urn and will transfer cremated remains into an urn if needed.
• We will arrange a convenient time to obtain the necessary information. If desired we can arrange to meet in the family’s home, our office, or by telephone. The proper next-of-kin or Illinois Health Care Power of Attorney will need to be available to sign the required forms and authorizations at that time.
