Priscilla Ann Kibbe Racicot, a devoted wife, cherished mother, beloved grandmother, as well as great-grandmother, passed away peacefully in her home in Chase City, Virginia, on Monday, March 23rd, 2026. Born on November 27th, 1949, in Worcester, Massachusetts, Priscilla lived a life full of love, creativity, and adventure.
Priscilla was the loving wife of Francis Racicot, with whom she celebrated 57 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a house at 460 West St Uxbridge with their children as well as family, and friends, which became her pride and joy.
Priscilla is survived by her daughters, Penny S Racicot, Patti A Anderson. Her two god daughters/ nieces Suann Gauthier, Jaye-ann Patriquin and her grandchildren Curtis M Duquette, Louis S Racicot and Elizabeth D Racicot as well as her great-grandchild Nilo Racicot. Her sister Sue Brooks along with numerous Nieces and Nephews, also mourn her passing.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Betty Kibbe, her sons Nick and Bruce Racicot, and her brothers Alvin Kibbe Jr., Gary Kibbe, and Ronnie Kibbe.
As a talented seamstress, Priscilla dedicated many years to her craft, using her skills to enrich the lives of those around her. Her hands were rarely idle, whether she was crafting, crocheting, sewing, or adding to her beloved stamp collection. Priscilla also had a fondness for travel, often embarking on journeys that filled her life with stories and experiences she cherished.
Priscilla's family honors her wishes, and no formal services will be held. The Cremation Society of Virginia is entrusted with her arrangements. She will be remembered for her warmth, creativity, and the beautiful legacy of love she leaves behind.
