Lisa Michelle Link

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Lisa Michelle Link, who left this world on May 5th, 2026, at the age of 49. A resident of South Boston, VA, Lisa was remembered as a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend.

Lisa was born on December 23rd, 1976, to her parents, William "Bill" Link and Ruby "Jane" Harris Link, both of whom preceded her in death. She grew up with her brother, Roger Dale Link, who, along with his wife Elizabeth survives her.

An accomplished and dedicated tax agent, Lisa spent her career helping others navigate the intricacies of taxation with integrity and expertise. Outside of her professional life, she had a passion for diamond art and a keen interest in true crime, pursuits that showcased her creativity and curiosity.

Lisa's greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her daughter, Brittney Murray (Austin).Her legacy continues in her cherished grandchildren, Jupiter and Willow, who will forever hold her memory in their hearts. Lisa is also fondly remembered by her nieces, Ashley and Morgan, and her nephew, Drew. Her constant companion and loyal dog, Zoey, brought joy and comfort to her life.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Cremation Society of Virginia.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date for family and close friends to celebrate Lisa’s life and legacy.
