Catherine Dawn Jetter

Catherine “Dawn” Barrett Jetter of Bracey, VA made her journey home on the wings of Angels on September 18, 2021 after a long battle with a blood disease.She was born on October 3, 1975 to Clifton “Trip” Faucette lll and Donna Ferrell Faucette in Burlington NC.Dawn attended and graduated from Eastern Alamance High School in 1993 and went on to study at Southside Community College where she was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and was majoring in Psychology. Dawn is predeceased by her father Trip Faucette and Grandparents Gene & Catherine Ferrell.She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Kevin of twenty years, who stood by her side through it all.She is also survived by her mother Donna Faucette of Bracey, and stepdaughter Sara Lynn Jetter.Dawn also leaves behind her two best friends that were like sisters, Crystal Blackburn and Amy Sheppard, and Godson Carson Blackburn. Everyone who knew Dawn was aware of the kind heart of gold she had and how she loved everyoneand especially how she loved and advocated for animals.All the dogs and cats in Heaven are getting a thousand hugs and kisses right now, and Dawn will one day be joined with her current living fur babies Buster, Duke, Itty Bitty, and Baby Kitty.
